You must be over 18 years old to make a booking. We recommend booking treatments as early as possible before your visit. Louise Kay Aesthetics does not guarantee treatment availability at any time. We have the right, at our sole discretion to refuse to secure any reservation. Where we have indicated that we will not accept a booking or your presence within our salon we reserve the right to cancel any bookings you have made or refuse entry. If we do so we will refund any payment made but no compensation will be given.

Consultations are free. They are always with discretion, are confidential and not pressured. It’s an opportunity to meet, discuss your individual requirements/goals regarding treatments offered and to ask any questions before making any decision

If a treatment is decided upon a consent/medical form with be emailed to the client to complete and return before treatment is carried out.

Following on from treatment full aftercare advice is given, Louise will follow up via phone (her telephone number is given to you should you have any questions post treatment) and a free two week review is always offered.

A deposit is required at the time of booking your treatment.

All major cards accepted.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via email/telephone/text message. Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge if done at least 24 hours prior the appointment; after which a late cancellation fee of 50% treatment fee will be charged before making a new booking. Cancellations and rescheduling less than 24 working hours before your appointment or missed appointments will result you losing the deposit. Late cancelling, late rescheduling or missing infill appointments will be charged as an additional fee on next appointment.
